Regular video tours detailing property condition
Are you tired of the uneasy feeling of not knowing if there are any issues with your vacation home or rental property while you're away for extended periods of time? We specialize in providing video tours of your home, reassuring you of the condition, and helping to identify any maintenance issues before they turn into costly repairs. Our clients understand and appreciate the value in having eyes on their properties on a regular basis. We offer interior videos, exterior videos, and in addition, we provide photo's of issues that we identify while we are touring the property. A one year contract is required for this service.
Emergency shut on/off of utility services
Are you tired of calling your neighbor to turn on/off water, gas and electric services to your vacation or rental property in the event of a storm, water leak or other emergency? We are here to help. For a small service call fee, we will turn off utility services upon request and turn back on once the emergency has passed.
